Delivery still not ordered after 1 hour because it was forgotten on request During the phone call, the employees argue, simply impossible! We had to pick up the food ourselves at the end !!!!

I don't know what's going on with the guys there I have usually always been satisfied with the Europagrill. But today the delivery was the purest cheek I had never experienced anything like that. In the complete kebab there were only 2-3 pieces of meat, the salad was carelessly slapped on the fact that there were even several complete cabbage leaves in it. Bad taste, the food was cold. People, if things continue like this with them, I won't order anything more. For so much money that I've paid, I might throw up

Price performance okay With the salad (shrimp) maybe a little more dressing and with the pizza (Europe) a little more spice had little taste. The lahmacun with meat was the burner better than expected?

The order was on time but the food was a catastrophe, the meat burned and dry and the fries, well, the salad on the plate was mushy and it looked like you had slapped it carelessly and poured sauce on it. The pizza was exactly the same hardly any cheese the kebab also dry and partly burned my small salad well that was small I had imagined something different and why ever we had 3 flatbreads with us for whatever I won't order anymore

Very disappointing I ordered the vegetable casserole which was only half full, the sauce consisted only of water. Too bad

Outrageous! 0 stars! Not to be recommended !! We had to wait almost 3 hours for our food, the boss was totally rude and we still had to pay the full amount of money (only the 5 € travel expenses were waived us). The wrong food was brought and it was already cold.

Average doner kebab in the European grill. The price is € 4.50. The cucumber was cut a little carelessly thick, the sauce tastes a bit artificial Service is nice and quick. If there is the possibility, I prefer the kebab from Weißenthurm from Akadas Grill for the same price.
